How to calculate the number of units of alcohol
1. Multiply the volume of the drink (in mls) by the % ABV (click here for list)
2. Divide this total by 1,000
Eg. A Grand Illusion Recipe 25ml of Midori, (25 x 20 /1000 = 0.5 units) 25ml of Grand Marnier (25 x 40 /1000 = 1.0 units) 25ml of SKYY Vodka (25 x 40 /1000 = 1.0 units) Total Units = 2.5 units
