Midori is extremely versatile, and is a great drink to experiment with. We have dabbled with a few mixers and can report back that it works well with white and dark spirits, fruit mixers and carbonated mixers. Some even swear by Midori and milk! A midori tasting note
There are no prizes for guessing that Midori Melon Liqueur tastes of melons, but, when it is used as a mixer, the flavour profile is best described as 'intensely fruity'. Whatever you drink it with, you will be hit by aromas of honeyed melon and a hint of green apple when you have a good sniff. In the mouth it is luscious, with a lightly syrupy character balanced by crisp, fresh overtones. In a nutshell - YUMMY!
