The Midori TV advert breaks on 25th June 2007 and runs for a month in Scotland! The advert will also be running in the North East of England for the first time ever!
2007 will be the third year that Midori has been on TV. Because we have a new bottle, we have also created a new TV advert. This is along similar lines to the original TV advert, showing the different ways Midori can be enjoyed as a long drink - with lemonade, sparkling apple and cranberry juice, featuring the rather gorgeous World Champion Flair bartender Nicolas Saint Jean defying gravity with a series of thrilling moves to make the Midori drinks. There is a wily twist at the end. We hope you like it!
The new advert breaks on 4th June 2007 on the Tyne Tees channel in the North East of England for a month. It will also be seen on Channel 4 in Scotland from 25th June for a month.
We also had some posters to support the TV campaign. All the leftover ones are on my bedroom wall. But I might have some spare if you ask nicely.
Keep your eye out for Midori branded taxis in Edinburgh and Newcastle and make sure you don't miss out on the opportunity to try Midori for free and to meet Nicolas Saint-Jean in the flesh at a series of sampling/flair road-shows
